All going well, we will finally be going back to studio w/c 17th May.
Before we can go back to studio, please read the following carefully as the classes still need to be booked and paid for in advance. Online Zoom classes will continue for those who can’t make it to the studio. The system for booking attendance at in studio classes remains the same as last time: 1: Vote on Doodle poll ( https://doodle.com/poll/qrbw5fzvxmm5bu2d?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link ) to request to be in classes. Important: Make sure to send in your contact details by DM or email - Please note that voting on Doodle is NOT a confirmation of your place in classes. 2: You will be offered a place(s) in classes. 3: Pay for class(es) by bank transfer. Your place(s) are only confirmed when the payment is made. - Check our website for the conditions of cancellation https://yukakodama.wixsite.com/mysite/timetable 4: Come join our classes in studio! For Tuesdays and Saturdays, I will run 3 separate classes if the demand is high enough. If more than one time on the day would be convenient for you, please tick all the classes that you could attend. I will allocate places so that as many people as possible can have a class. 5: Please book as early as you can As well as increasing your chances of getting a place in class, I need to confirm with Jericho a week in advance that we will be using the hall in that timeslot. It is therefore important that I can gauge demand for a particular class as soon as possible. *Please keep an eye out about Thursday classes. I am still waiting for the confirmation from Jericho.
Booking and payment system

If classes are requested and offered more than 36 hours in advance, payment is to be made by 36 hours prior to the scheduled class times. If you find out you cannot attend a class you have been offered, please give me notice at least 36 hours before the start time so the place can be offered to someone else who would like to attend.
Bookings are not firm until payment is made. Places that are not paid for 36 hours before the start of the class may be offered to other people if demand is high.
If classes are requested less than 36 hours before the start, payment is to be made within 12 hours of the offer being made, and at the latest 1.5 hour before the starting time.
If you are offered a place in a class but do not attend and don't let me know in advance, you will still be expected to pay for the place! Please keep me informed.
If 3 consecutive reminders of payment are issued, for future classes payment will be required at the time of making a request for a place. (If the desired class is full, the payment can be transferred to another class at no extra cost.)

Important!
I expect our dancers to take the utmost care and observe the rules and guidance issued by the government at all times (and I do mean when away from the studio as well). We cannot afford to have one or two careless people bring the virus into the studio - it would risk having to cancel all the classes, never mind the personal impact on other dancers if they have to go into isolation. If I notice that any of the dancers are not following those rules or are behaving in such ways that may increase the risk of infection to oneself and/or to the others, I will reserve the right to refuse them from attending my classes.
Covid Control Measures
We will continue to follow the rules we have had in classes since we came back from the lock down. These will ensure the participants are not mixing and at any time during classes and remain fully distanced at all times.
