Understanding how our bodies are structured and able to move, you can be efficient with your movements and speed up your progress.
We will train the muscles we need.
We will use a few handy items for our exercises, mostly everyday household objects. Things such as old tea towel or a scarf, silicone rehabilitation ball, elastic exercise band (Theraband or similar), tennis/golf/cricket/hocky ball, balance ball, small yoga/exercise ball can come in handy. But cushions, empty wine bottles, wine corks, pencils, marbles can also be very useful.
